Refund Policy
By consumer laws, we offer a re-clean as part of our service guarantee. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours for us to address them appropriately.
Lockouts and Cancellations
Customers who cancel their bookings within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a full-service fee to cover our costs. We are unable to fill your booking at such short notice.
If you are not home for your scheduled cleaning, please inform us in advance how our team can access your property, whether through a key left in a secure location or an access code. This will ensure that your cleaning can proceed smoothly, even in your absence.
Repeated cancellations by the customer may result in suspension or termination of services, as we reserve specific time slots for you that could be allocated to other clients.
Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
At PureClean Ottawa, we have invested significant time researching and training our technicians on the safest and most effective cleaning products and equipment for use in domestic environments. Therefore, we insist on using our supplies to guarantee the quality of our service and ensure the best results for your home.
Services Not Offered
To maintain a safe and effective working environment, our cleaning associates are unable to provide the following services:
- Cleaning of animal feces
- Mold removal
- Exterior home cleaning (garage, patio, balcony)
- Moving heavy or fragile items
- Cleaning crawl spaces
- Handling bodily fluids
- Pest removal or infestation management
Property Photo/Video Content
Using PureClean Ottawas' services, you consent to us taking and using photo or video content for training and marketing purposes. PureClean Ottawa agrees not to use or publish content that positively identifies household members or compromises security (e.g., no individuals, personal photos, bills).
