Welcome to PureClean Ottawa, a premier cleaning service that delivers exceptional results and ensures complete customer satisfaction. By choosing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any concerns, please get in touch with us before your first appointment.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee 

At PureClean Ottawa, we are committed to maintaining high professional standards in every cleaning task. We promise a prompt and fair resolution if you notice that any aspect of your service does not meet these standards. Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will prioritize a return visit to address the areas in question at no additional cost. This commitment reflects our dedication to quality and your satisfaction.

 

Package-Based Service Model 

PureClean Ottawa operates on a package-based model, allowing our cleaning technicians to focus on providing thorough and consistent service rather than charging by the hour. This approach ensures predictable pricing, efficiency, and customized cleaning tailored to your specific needs.

 

Booking Confirmation 

Booking online only reserves your preferred time and type of service; it does not automatically confirm your appointment. Your cleaning session will be confirmed once all details are agreed upon and your deposit is received.

 

Bi-Weekly, Weekly, and Monthly Cleaning Services Terms

Our cleaning services are based on the assumption that the home has been cleaned within the stated timeframes, as follows:

• Bi-Weekly Cleaning Service: This service is quoted based on the assumption that your home has been cleaned within the last 2 weeks.

• Weekly Cleaning Service: This service is quoted based on the assumption that your home has been cleaned within the last 1 week.

• Monthly Cleaning Service: This service is quoted based on the assumption that your home has been cleaned within the last 4 weeks.

If the cleaning service has not been performed within the specified timeframe, an additional charge will be applied to the initial quote. This extra charge accounts for the additional time and effort required to bring your home back to maintenance standards. The charge will be determined based on the level of cleaning necessary to reach the desired cleaning standards.

Billing 

To secure your cleaning appointment with PureClean Ottawa, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the service charge. If the deposit is not processed successfully, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. The remaining balance is due within 2 hours of service completion. 

 

If a service is performed and payment is not received, the customer acknowledges that a debt collection service may be utilized to recover the outstanding balance, and legal proceedings may be initiated to recover the due payment and any associated costs.

 

Service Technicians 

At PureClean Ottawa, we take great care in selecting our staff to ensure we provide top-notch service and build a trusted brand in our community. All employees must undergo a criminal background check and complete relevant training. We have established documented policies and procedures outlining our expectations, and each team member receives training on these expectations before signing an agreement that confirms their understanding.

 

PureClean Ottawa holds all necessary insurance for our staff. By booking our services, you agree to raise any concerns directly with us promptly (within 24 hours) and refrain from publicly posting any content that could harm the reputation of PureClean Ottawa or its affiliates.

 

In the unlikely event that a former staff member causes intentional or malicious damage, the customer agrees to view this as the individual's action and not as a reflection of PureClean Ottawa as a company.

 

Right to Refuse Service 

PureClean Ottawa reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, hostile situations, highly unsanitary conditions, or ongoing miscommunications from the customer.

 

By booking with us, you acknowledge that our technicians may leave the premises if they feel unsafe or disrespected by anyone present, including pets. The customer will be charged the full-service fee for the cancelled appointment in such cases.

 

Cleaning Day Preparation 

By booking with PureClean Ottawa, you agree to ensure that your home is prepared and suitable for our technicians to perform their services. Each quote assumes that our cleaners will focus solely on cleaning surfaces, not tidying or picking up items. 

 

Add-On Services 

We offer additional services, which can be added to your package for an extra fee. These additional services must be arranged in advance, not during the cleaning appointment, to ensure we allocate sufficient time to complete these tasks professionally. Please reach out to our dedicated administrative team to book these services.

 

Payments 

Full payment is due on the day of service. Late payments may incur additional fees, except where specific terms are outlined in the quote.
